Tasting Notes
Gorgeous purple coloration and aromas of wild
berries and freshly turned earth. Medium bodied
with medium acidity and smooth tannins give this
wine an elegant balance. We adore the rich fruit
notes of black plums and dark cherries. Subtle
notes of crushed gravel, cedar and violets are
nuanced throughout. A lovely wine all on it’s own,
we also find our Cabernet Franc delicious when
paired with savory dishes with goat cheese,
tomato-based sauces, and recipes that feature
fresh garden herbs.
