green mango, and subtle stone fruit. A gentle creaminess
adds texture without detracting from its crisp, mineraldriven
character, leading to a focused, lingering finish
marked by citrus and light fresh garden herbal notes. This
bright, food-friendly style pairs beautifully with seafood
such as oysters, scallops, prawns, and white fish, as well
as herb-roasted chicken, fresh salads, and goat cheese,
